Frequently asked questions

How do I book? 

Contact me via my website or by phone with your event details to check my availability and get a quote. In order to book I ask for a £100 deposit to secure the date in my diary and I will send a booking confirmation by email with the details for the day. The balance is then to be paid w weeks before the event. 

Which parts of a wedding day can I book you for?

I am available to book for ceremonies, champagne receptions and wedding breakfasts. I offer a variety of packages from  booking harp music for the ceremony to a full luxury daytime package which takes you up to the after dinner speeches.  

What does your wedding ceremony package include?

I'll start playing as your guests take their seats for the ceremony, you'll choose a piece for your highly anticipated moment walking down the aisle, three pieces for during the signing of the register, adding a touch of magic to this quiet, meaningful moment and one joyful upbeat piece for your exit as newlyweds.

How long do you play during a wedding breakfast or sit down meal?

Music for a  3 course sit down meal covers 2 hours and I will take a short break in the middle. 

What time will you arrive on the day? 

I arrive 1 hour before my start time to set up. 

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, venues may ask for this and I can send them my PLI certificate. 

Can you perform outdoors?

Absolutely, for outdoor events I perform on my Electro Acoustic Celtic Harp. I just request that there is cover in case of inclement weather and a parasol on hand for the sunshine. 

Can I choose the music for my event? 

Absolutely, please find a link to my repertoire list here. 

 

I can also send ideas and arrange music that is not included on the list. I ask for music choices to be sent to me a month before the event.
